Domain Services

Generally we would like you or your company to retain and manage your own domain(s), sub domain(s) and MX or mail exchange records Techsys can provide one to one training to help accomplish this. Where this may not be possible Techsys Ltd can for a small management fee undertake this service for you, (Charges applicable on changes that are made and of a fixed fee).

Server Hosting

We have a number of options and locations for the hosting of your website, however we are prepared to offer free consultation as the charges very massively depending on your requirements and those of your company or personal needs.

Web Sites

We offer sites with something far more superior than just static pages, these pages we offer can retain a variety of information from facts and figures to services, which can be made widely available for all to see or restricted to just clients or registered users of your or your companies web site.

Such web sites have commercial value and in themselves provide services which your customers can have access to, this enables your customers or clients to login and browse your web site for privileged content, that is not available to the anonymous user. In addition to this the site can be update with information or content whilst your site is live, correcting or updating content on the fly, without you asking your website developer to provide this service for you.

For a one off fee such a site can be created without writing a bespoke application costing thousands to achieve it. In most cases depending on that of your needs such a web site may cost less than £500, you could quite easily pay £500 just for a static site with no privacy potential whatsoever, until we consult with you and discuss that of your needs we won't know what additional functions, it is this which you pay extra for.

Costs and charges

These costs outlined below are detailed for a minimum basic site, this site still allows you to login to the site to create and update content on the fly and encompass a one to one training day which may or may not be needed.

• £50.00 - Single domain registration eg "anyname.co.uk" we would encourage you or your company to purchase this Domain, these domains can only be rented on a bi-yearly or yearly basis
• £300.00 - Web Site construction, usually within a week
• £150.00 - One days one to one training, optional

Hosting services are not payable to this company but to the service provider themselves, usually on a monthly basis.

• £30.00 - Website Hosting or there abouts

These are possible expected costs and the bare minimum needed with minimum requirement for bandwidth, in other words if you expect your website will be hit from the first day by thousands of onlookers a small bandwidth would not be desirable, but then what would you need us for.
